Hi friend,
If you’ve been around here a while, you know the rhythm. Every Saturday, we gather for Saturday7; a perusal of faith-ish links to nourish our walk with Jesus and learn more about his church (that is, one another). That’s not changing.
However, as of late, I’ve sensed a shift, a call to go deeper into wholeness. I’m expanding my work from soul care to whole care. The interesting thing is, the more I explore what this looks like, my soul feels tended to as well.
The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly. (John 10:10 NASB)
What would it look like to rise up in Jesus’ name and reclaim every part of our lives where the enemy has tried to steal, kill, or destroy?
Once a month, I’ll be bringing you 7 additional links. Their focus will be on holistic healing for our minds and bodies. What do I mean by holistic? Caring for our whole selves - mind, body, and spirit - with intention. Because I believe this fully, when all of us shows up healthy, we show up better able to love and serve.
His,

Interesting book choices, Traci. My chiropractor recommended Grain Brain when it first came out, and I've been doing a lot of reading this year about food & whole-body health - learning so many things we (I) didn't know.
