ONE
Literarily, books that are finding their way to my Goodreads “Currently Reading” list:
A speaker at the upcoming Doxology Conference in Holland, Michigan.
TWO
A fictional read I picked up at a used bookstore. I enjoy Jewish fiction.
THREE
I liked this author’s memoir, so wanted to try her fiction (I also have my eye on this one).
FOUR
My writer friend, also a brain surgeon, recommended this author to me.
FIVE
Here’s a well-researched historical fiction series on the Wise Men, just in time for Advent reading:
SIX
I haven’t gotten to this one quite yet, but it’s lining up with some thoughts I have ruminating in my mind.
SEVEN
Yes, it’s true. I read good cookbooks, and eventually, maybe, make a few recipes from them. I do recommend Jen’s forthcoming memoir, Awake, as well. There are lessons there.

Let me know what you think of the Chesterton book; it looks interesting … but I’m also reading a bunch of other books right now and am not sure whether to add this to my list.
I really like your book choices, Traci, especially the Wise Men duo and the Chesterton; I don't cook unless I'm threatened [ ;) ], otherwise that would be an interesting one, too. They will be on my TBR list - after I finish the murder mystery I'm reading now and the 3 of the same series that I have waiting on my table from the library - they're set in a small town in the mountains near Montreal, a place I'd love to go back to.
